2019 “Creative Ageing, Great Adventure” Forum

In May 2019, British Council in Taiwan invited the following partners including National Culture and Arts Foundation, National Symphony Orchestra, Treasure Hill Artist Village, Godot Theatre Company, HORSE Dance Theatre, Hondao Senior Citizen Welfare Foundation, Anke Media Corp. and an independent arts producer to visit the "Luminate Festival" in Scotland. Luminate is Scotland’s creative ageing organisation, delivers a diverse programme of creative events and activities throughout the year, including the biennial Luminate Festival. After the trip, British Council in Taiwan and Anke Media Corp. together held a sharing session on creative ageing with these partners.

On 12 December, to keep up the momentum, British Council in Taiwan and Anke Media Corp. again invite partners with diverse backgrounds in creative ageing areas to join the “Creative Ageing, Great Adventure” Forum. We hope to stimulate the conversation and to find more innovative ways to promote creative ageing through various formats. The “Creative Ageing, Great Adventure” Forum would like to invite people who are interested in this topic or who are experts including professional practitioners, artists, care takers, policy makers and care home administrators to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions.
