IELTS Summer Intensive (New)

Our 6-week, 54-hour (2 x 27-hour modules) IELTS Summer Intensive is designed to maximise students’ success on test day as they prepare to take the IELTS exam by the end of the summer.

The course is specifically designed for university and working Adults who are looking to improve their academic performance on the IELTS test, with individual lessons focusing on the skills they need to complete the Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing sections of the exam. 

Weekend classes will target working Adults, while weekday, daytime classes will target university learners.

IELTS Preparation

If you would like to combine your language competency with a focus on exam techniques and skills, then this course is ideal for you. You will:

  • follow a Cambridge IELTS coursebook with specifically tailored material to suit your current English level and needs, and designed to help you move to the next
  • receive specific advice from an expert teacher about each section of the exam, and tips on how to best approach the test questions
  • focus on how to write effectively and speak skilfully in order to score well in the exam
  • practise language and vocabulary specific to the exam so that you can maximise your potential score
  • develop an awareness of common topics and questions that will help you feel more relaxed on the day of the test
  • have access to free online IELTS skill modules for Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading, plus grammar and vocabulary with specific reference made to areas in which Chinese learners need most help.

Intermediate and Upper Intermediate

Course format:

  • 3 hours, 2 times a week for 10 weeks
  • 6 hours, 2 times a week for 5 weeks
  • 6 hours, 1 time a week for 10 weeks
  • Each full course is 60 hours in total and includes a free mock test.
