The Study UK Alumni Awards recognise the outstanding achievements made by UK alumni and celebrate UK higher education, including the impact it has on successful individuals and those around them. We're delighted to announce our Study UK alumni awards global winners’ 2025. Please see below for their short bio’s and a link to their full profiles and awards background.  

Alumni awards background and winners' profiles

Science and Sustainability Award  

Adaku Ufere, Ghana, University of Aberdeen, MSc Social and Public Communication (Postgraduate) .Adaku is an award-winning energy attorney and climate leader, recognised for her transformative work in sustainable energy across Africa.  

Culture and Creativity Award  

Pamela Mejia, Philippines, University of the Arts, London, MA Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Postgraduate); Chevening scholar. Pamela Mejia is a multi-awarded sustainable fashion entrepreneur advancing circular economy and social inclusion through fashion.  

Social Action Award  

Raju Kendre, India, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, MSc in Development Studies (Postgraduate); Chevening scholar. Raju, founder and CEO of Eklavya India Foundation, helps first-generation learners from tribal and rural communities to access higher education.  

Business and Innovation Award   

Enchia Tsai, Taiwan, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), MSc Social and Public Communication (Postgraduate), King's College London, MSc Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health. Enchia is advancing global mental health through scientific innovation. As co-founder of Bened Biomedical, she develops pioneering psychobiotics targeting the gut-brain axis.
